At Home Workouts
I’ve been working out from home since spring 2020. Prior to that I was doing group fitness classes. It took me a while to get used to find a good program that met my budget, limited time, and flexibility in the program.
I started using Madeline Moves after seeing some of her workouts on instagram. I instantly fell in love. She offers several programs, such as, beginner moves, weekly moves, and strength moves. In addition, she also offers 30 and 60 minute options. She offers alternatives for each move and she offers a lot of education on each move on Instagram.
The best plan is one you will stick with, and can adapt. Over the past year I have had to make changes by reducing my workouts for 4x per week to 3x per week. In addition to strength training, I focus on walking.
If you’re just starting to workout, I would recommend a set of weights or adjustable weights and a set of bands.
